Vans Berle Pro Shoes

One of two colourways on offer as part of the latest Vans Berle Pro footwear release. Designed in collaboration with Santa Monica’s finest, but also a progression in Vans footwear innovation, the Berle Pro Shoes include WaffleControl technology, a brand new feature for 2019 which offers supreme board control, cushioning and responsive grip.

This Rumba Red model features panels of smooth suede and durable canvas across the uppers with a layer of breathable mesh on the tongue and bright white leather side stripes. Colour matched cotton laces provide a customisable fit and sit upon a distinctive woven label which presents the shoe as part of the Elijah Berle collection. Contrasting to the rest of the design, the black rubber midsole has an additional border along the edge of the toes which adds durability, whilst the tread has a combination of a traditional waffle print and a compact honeycomb area near the top of the foot. A unique feature of this release is the curve of the tread which peaks out onto the midsole on the inner side, below two ventilation holes on the upper.

Pairing with two new t-shirt designs released as part of the same Vans and Elijah Berle collection, the pro skater has looked to his hometown of Santa Monica for design inspiration. Not only a part of the international Vans team, Berle can also be spotted skating with Fucking Awesome - sporting a distinctive personal style on and off his board.
